PRIORITY WAITING LIST

     White Valley has discontinued our traditional non-obligation waiting list. We will no longer be offering places on the list without a deposit being received. This will give top priority to serious inquiries, over other parties.

     Our new Priority Waiting List will consist of 10 revolving places for those who are certain in their decision to adopt a White Valley Boston Terrier baby! Sometimes there is a wait anywhere from 3 months to upwards of a year or better, so it is absolutely imperative that we know for sure that those who are on the list will remain there. Because our puppies are in high demand, we need a more solid structure and definitive number of placeholders so we can ensure that we're not wasting anyone's precious time.

     If someone decides to opt out or has already reserved a puppy, a new place will come available on our list. *Please be sure to contact us directly to determine placement availability.*

     After your Puppy Application has been received and approved, the deposit to reserve a place on the Priority Waiting List is $100 and is NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be given to those who opt out at any time or for any reason. If you have purchased a puppy elsewhere or have decided to go with another breeder, your deposit will be forfeited.

     *For those who plan to reserve a PET ONLY, on limited registration and have purchased a puppy elsewhere: if you are still interested in one of our puppies, you will only be offered a puppy of the same sex as your unaltered (not spayed or neutered) dog(s) OR you may adopt a White Valley puppy of the opposite sex, if proof of spay or neuter of your breeder-acquired puppy is provided. Otherwise, White Valley reserves the right to decline your request for a specific gender and/or your deposit will be forfeited.* For those who plan to reserve a puppy with full registration/breeding rights, these requirements do not apply to you.

     If for some reason we do not have what you're looking for in a litter, deposits are transferrable to another current or future litter. Your Priority Waiting List deposit will go towards your puppy reservation of $500. This means that when you have selected a puppy, your remaining balance to officially reserve that puppy will be $400. And as always, any deposits that have been made will go towards the total adoption price of your puppy.

     The Priority Waiting List will act as a traditional waiting list in terms of placeholders; puppies will be reserved in the order in which deposits were received.
